As designers, we are curious to learn about the engineering involved to make our ideas come to reality. We want to learn how to talk to machines.
Nearly all engineers think the design process is trivial. They don’t want to learn how to talk to humans.
It explains a lot.

Engineers are designers and humans... Do bad designers blame good engineers because they don't serve to satiate a designers curioisity? Good designers and good engineers don't seem to have issues with communication in my experience, but they do need to share a common language.
