@thetrainline Luckily I got into Euston early. My booking reference wasn't registered so had to buy extra tickets. Absolutely farcical.

Yes. I spoke to Eno at booth 11 at 20:20 who checked booking and confirmed there was nothing on record. I then bought tickets

Booking was made on my behalf, so no. Same card used to collect for same trip 2 wks ago. As such, expect no diff in behaviour.

This is fraud. *You* did not register the booking. Punting on responsibility and making the customer pay is criminal theft.
