You shouldn't cluster social housing together true. I've seen that play out in Australia myself. A single apartment one in each suburb or post code or whatever, works well.

Not everyone is capable of fishing. The elderly, disabled, single parents cannot work full time often. You will always have a percentage unemployed.

Everyone has access to education. The teacher’s union wants to control where the children are educated. Want to go to college and are Poor? Lots of Lots of aid to help.
