Yeah.👍 For some odd reason, people underestimate the power of the MSX platform, due to generalizing it as "MSX 1" perhaps. That's not how computing works. Games like this are nice to break the misconception. Also, the author said it's quite finished but he needs volunteers! 👇

I don't think so. Most people tend to "short circuit" when 1980s home computers are mentioned. The average person thinks that Gaming on Computers started in 1993 with DOOM. Retconning! So, releasing a demake on a machine that Doesn't Exists for the Average Person, seems fine.😉👍

The real deal would be support for V9990 VDP (which was said to be the original Turbo R display, but now sold as a graphic card). It's a beast and perhaps it'd be possible to do the parallax scroll layer. Below is Myths and Dragons that uses the V9990 and has parallax scrolling:

It's also missing the parallax scroll layer among other things, and I doubt he can't implement the same camera fluidity of the 16-bit SNES, on the MSX. It's a 8-bit machine like the original NES or Master System, and it's already doing much more here than what it was designed for.
