Shared security only works if the security is provided by a non-security.

This is all very interesting but what about the parachains? Since polkadot is a layer zero you will need the chains building on it to also be cleared for this to mean anything.

Probably not. They will have to go through whatever process. But I doubt $Dot is dependent on parachains
