Apparently this guy has no communications training whatsoever. Our poorly maintained equipment had to be shut off because we spent that money elsewhere, so be glad that you have a house, and too bad for no power, no work and no food.

If someone had their power shut off
@PGE4Me needs to either cover their utility bill for a month or give their customers $100 gift card to a grocery store of their choice. PG&E can divert the millions in bonuses they give their execs to helping people. -
$100 gift card won’t cover what’s in our refrigerators.
