My 2.3GHz skylake can't handle http://dropbox.design . Site works ok on my 4.2Ghz kaby lake, tho (pegs one CPU, causes it to run at 4.5)

On mobile, my moto g4 play (quad core A53) can't handle the site, but luckily I have an iphone 8, which is fast enough for scrolling to work

My iPhone 7 handles it fine, so I’m guessing they tweaked it a bit for iPhones.
