E.g.: AWS. Someone says AWS is painful to use. We all know this. Someone rolls up to ask "anything specific?" Have you ever used it?!

(AWS isn't special here; it's just the example I saw. They were first to the space, which explains a lot of the awkwardness of the tools.)
