No. That's from the top 50 largest metro areas. Broadband penetration is probably lower outside of those areas.

A minor gripe since it's not hard to decode, but maybe avoid sites w/graphs that say they are "%" but then use "0.8" to mean 80% not 0.8%.
Someone should force broadband across the country as the government did for electrification. And enable municipal networks.
And separate the companies that run / maintain infrastructure from those who provide content to avoid conflict of interest situations
