Yeah good point. My guess is that the "true" involuntary attrition rate is probably at least double. If it's 5%: 1 - (0.95)^10 = 40%

honestly, doesn't seem too high. slightly less than 1 in 2 people who have worked for 10 years have gotten fired (at least) once?
