I don't know enough about the situation to know if the FUD is true, but neither does the person who wrote it or the people who upvoted it.
It is literally impossible for the comment ranking to be a reflection of reality. It's all just a reflection of people's biases.

In "his" post he doesn't explain why he was fired or what led up to it. He even says "I still don't know why".

Meanwhile "her" post was choc-a-bloc w/detail. Much more opportunity for armchair quarterbacking there.

Yes, there are a lot of differences between the two cases.It's my own bias that I think a specific bias is a major factor in the difference
