We tried that and they said to call back in 36 hours because this is a known issue. It's been 36 hours so we'll try again, but..
What's weird is that they use Lasership for "same day" shipping, knowing that it's > 3 day shipping, while claiming "guaranteed delivery"

They seem to do that a lot in NYC (usually arrives a few hours after "delivered"). Maybe they're trying to fake living up to a SLA
