Wait, there's option 3 that doesn't require a password, but I'm sure I've used that one before and it didn't work for some reason :)

Oh, it asks me questions like "the last name of one of direct reports" (I have none), or stuff about my team (Idk, work alone)

If you click "I don't know" often enough you eventually get questions that are google-able. Very convenient!
