Depends on the job, but a lot of QA positions are non-technical manual labor where programming is discouraged :-(.

the best ones I've heard of are paid by companies who hire from their class, not by the coders. Good incentive structure!

Yeah, if the bootcamp really believes in what they're selling they can take recruiting fees instead of charging. V. rare, though!
