The VS debugger is so much nicer than gdb/tui that I started using VS as my debugger after this even though I still use emacs/clang.

No, I keep a Windows machine around just for debugging (well, that and for some internal MS stuff that's Windows only).

the Microsoft developer stack (visual studio, etc) are incredible. I missed them so much when I switched to Linux
