I see entire teams of good devs looking for work because of dysfunctional environments. There's no shortage of dysfunction.

@bernard_ben This filters for privilege. It's disappointing but (unfortunately) not surprising in our industry. -
The amount of privilege is rapidly falling for every year though. Computers are cheap/free and Internet is ubiquitous
