      @TheKanter Static site on git pages (could be anywhere, really, GH pages isn't particularly fast) with cloudflare in front of it.

      @TheKanter Google seems to be faster than cloudflare, but it could easily cost me $100-$1000 per month to use Google or Amazon as a CDN

      @danluu Hrmmm, maybe I should try cloudflare for @rwt I suspect that replacing Wordpress with Git would be a monumental pain

      @TheKanter @rwt Worth a shot, although cloudflare can add downtime when it goes down. Yeah, replacing wordpress is a lot of work.

      @TheKanter Cloudflare came in at low end, used scale from cheap plans get better peering deals. Amazon didn't want to cannabilize high-end.

          @TheKanter Seems obvious in retrospect, but Amazon, MS, and Google all totally missed the boat and now cloudflare is huge.
