@laurencetratt Gmail? I notice ham that gets classified as spam somewhat regularly. Considering the volume, I bet I don't notice more often.

@danluu I must admit, I assumed gmail worked on the "seeing all ham is more important than seeing some spam" principle. Seems I was wrong...
@laurencetratt I once thought that, too. That sounds like a reasonable strat to me. But I guess people get cranky when they see spam as ham.

@laurencetratt Perhaps I'm just unlucky, but totally innocuous ham (e.g., an email about integer overflow optim) gets flagged as spam. -
@danluu I have seen email from my sister to my dad (not exactly uncommon) incorrectly classified... Not exactly user friendly :/
