Are there any languages for which no syntax highlighting &c vim plugins exist yet? I checked Julia & Rust, but they're already taken/done

@danluu Hm! Is it the same sort of thing that you generally find broken? I found a few for Vim, but don't know SV so can't tell at a glance
@DanielleSucher kindasorta. It's usually something that's new to SV that's not in V2001, but the spec for the diff is 1300 pages.
