We (as in humans) have reduced the rate of accidental poisonings with some combination of better packaging, better processes, and better labeling. It's hard to imagine that we've done everything we can there, but there isn't a fine-grained breakdown within category in that doc.

That's from here: https://www.prb.org/young-adult-suicide/ … and refers to ages 20-24, but I think it's likely that the subdivision doesn't change radically for say the 25-34 group. If you made ODs their own category, the remaining poisonings would probably drop off that chart for many ages.
