same for me in incognito window, but not when logged in (I use dark mode and latest tweets first, in case that matters) could be A/B testing, though I have no idea how they wanna measure if user liked (not) showing it, or why they think not showing it might be acceptable at all
dark/dim mode doesn't change the behavior, I won't switch away from "latest tweets first" in case that makes twitter believe I like that and it should do it by itself more often
