@danluu Since you have a lot of editors and proofreaders, what do you use for editing process? (Word? PRs? Google Docs? I hate all of those for different reasons :) )

When I had a serious editor, we used MS Word (desktop, not web), which I find works a lot better if you have "a lot" of comments or suggestions.
