ahaha no worries, I gotta stand by my personal belief that anything I put on the internet I should be ok with anyone seeing. I'm curious why you thought the post was particularly worthy of mindshare (you seem like someone who might have a discerning sense of curation)
I agree with the sentiment (class/status stuff in programming is messed up), and I think that having more stories about this kind of thing out there is a way to (very slowly) change things. Also, I like the writing style!

aah thanks! Somehow stress and desperation bring out my most entertaining writing voice (like how some songwriters do their best work over heatbreak), but I'm learning to channel it (through zines and talks!) when I am in more reasonable headspaces
