is society built on lies that are too big to fail? would explain why some notice an annoying amount of disturbing glitches (most noticed stuff is probably just symptoms of deeper stuff), and why some reactively try to prevent all kinds of inquiry and communication

better. hex and b64 decode didn't immediately yield anything comprehensible, though the hex decoded output contained at least one substring that I recognized from this site =ÒZ#÷eÝ-˽LKܧÚP®Ç§"mÀ®ät@¤ÌÌÂÕ]½À#©>÷+ÆÎIã%=®
