<redacted> tags and <spoiler> tags have well established use cases. some forums already implement them actually. would love for that to become a standard.

the thought that prompted this though was my desire for <meta> tags that worked the way we mean them conversationally, rather than the way they work in html as implemented (i.e. largely broken attempt at including author-suggested indices for the page).
