I think you need to grease up some kiwi legislators with a few million bucks to get one of those. Maybe film a LotR sequel there or something.

I think the less NIMBY/obstructionist parts of the country are the ones that will allow this stuff but are also the places where it is not a good technological fit for the environment. Quad copter drones are fantastic for urban spaces and terrible in sprawlsville.
