I have a feeling it should be possible to make up an extra annoying thought experiment that combines Naloxone moral hazard and the trolley problem in some way. Possibly with Martin Shkreli involved somehow.

::gears turning:: If we sell the patent rights for Nalaxone to Shkreli and he raises the price by 1800000% is it still wrong to pull the lever that sends the trolley down the track he is tied to?

on the other track, obviously, are 5 junkies currently dying from overdoses. the trolley is filled with Naloxone that could save their lives.

Who if saved will obviously encourage others to become druggies with moral hazard, thereby net increasing mortality rate
