this looks like an application of ethics to mathematics, or even an "integration" of E in M, but it's not. it's at the meta level, and doesn't say anything about the objects of math or CS.

anyway, it's a tangent, but I think it's relevant because "ethics in computer science" implies that we're good enough at ethics to try that. we aren't. we suck at ethics. the best ethics curriculum is reading history.
