"1. Treat women at work as if they were a man" would perhaps a good starting rule for workplace interactions. Men probably wouldn't start sexually harassing their male colleges if they put lipstick on.

Aggressive men do harass other men at work. Probably not sexual harassment, but other forms of harassment which can also be very destructive.
