because the problem doesn't withstand and level of scrutiny or fleshing-out it is a bad problem and is some kind of anti-praxis for making reasonable decisions about ethics
but it's still shit. except in the meta-sense that the self deconstructing problem is useful for building critical thinking skills. I just think this particular problem deconstructs too readily. it's a sweater with a loose thread hanging out.
