I didn't particularly view her as angry. Forceful, yes. Opinionated, yes. But I think she was also mostly respectful.

the title of her book is "Good and Mad". she's playing a role in a public play and her role is "angry at injustice".

Well, I think there is a role for this, given the lack of anger at injustice in the past. Of course this can be taken too far.

regardless (thats just my personal assessment), I think they both spent too much time talking about celebrities and twitter outrage mobs and not enough time talking about something more important but much harder to talk about: what has happened in the daily lives of people.

But I think that is what she was trying to talk about. That we shouldn't be so concerned about celebrities and should have much greater concern about everyday abusive power dynamics among regular people.
