Happy to announce I've got a decent base for my stress-relieving herbal tea. Just as it is now (a few more tweaks imo) it's vastly superior to that Celestial Seasonings tension tamer crap.
yeah, not a fan of the smell/taste of valerian. I sometimes take it in a gelcap for anti-anxiety though. i'm mildly allergic to lavender (makes me sneezy) so i think i'll have to modify your recipe but it looks good! which of those are the most important active ingredients?

chamomile and moringa. they're both sedatives, but not terribly strong.
