Happy to announce I've got a decent base for my stress-relieving herbal tea. Just as it is now (a few more tweaks imo) it's vastly superior to that Celestial Seasonings tension tamer crap.

Chamomile Tulsi Moringa Linden Flower Lavender honey to sweeten, but just a touch If you most certainly want to sleep, add valerian...but that's not for every night bc it *can* be habit-forming. It also smells like feet.

I also had some chest congestion going on (and will until winter bc of leaf mold) and this has given unexpected relief.
