not great because of lifestyle reasons related to the internet a few weeks ago my sleep was bad because of caffeine intake, but that's much better now cause i cut back from half a pot to a quarter pot a day

thinking more its the time of day than the raw quantity though. i have trouble sleeping if i have coffee after about 10:30am.

ah, i've heard that's a big thing too. my cutoff is usually like 4 pm if i wanna be asleep by 1 am
