Maybe we can let adults be adults and not have employers try to control their personal sexual dalliances and romantic entanglements except to the extent they interfere w/ legitimate work concerns? Just a thought!

that seems to be the status quo actually, at most companies in any case (yes, I know a few now have explicit rules against it). the reason it is taboo is because of the outrageously huge personal risk exposure it entails.
