So basically, taking the #RedPill in 2018 just means that you are a neo-traditionalist reactionary with some fancy Jungian gloss?

Yeah. I actually think he's good for the culture, a nice antithesis. But soon we will need to move on...

It's really weird that people keep labeling him a fascist or a reactionary. Has nobody listened to the hundreds of hours of him talking about how _not_ to become a Nazi? He's a center-right liberal ffs. Is it the accent that confuses people? He sounds a little rednecky.

I definitely think that the fascist/nazi references are way out of line. But not a reactionary, with his incessant talk of 'cultural marxism'? Please.

it depends on what you mean by reactionary. I agree that is reacting against a trend in the academic left. I usually use the word reactionary to refer to someone supporting a program to, for example, restore monarchical rule or some kind of similar retrograde.

Peterson isn't a reactionary. He's just _reactive_. He's very annoyed by the political landscape that he finds himself in professionally and in the media. He reacts against it. Politically he's a liberal democrat. He's made his preferences abundantly clear over and over.
