I bake using a pan in the oven, grill, and cook with a skillet or wok on the stove. Most of what I eat is meat or vegetables.

my favorite way to do roasted veggies is with a cast iron pan. start on the range and saute for 5-10 minutes and then transfer to a preheated oven to finish for the remaining 20-30 minutes. also a great technique for braising, meat or veg or both at the same time.
