he's not a leftist and hikiko is not a communist. techocaine is not a lefitst either and while I'm left(ish) in some respects I am very very far from what is usually called "the left" in America.

afaik the origin of the term refers to the Jacobin faction of the French revolution and their "reign of terror". it is, historically speaking, used as an indictment against left wing violent extremism.

this is not me being intense. I would, however, like to discover if you are willing to discuss the history of right wing violent extremism by both state and non-state actors, which is a prevalent thread in the history of the U.S.
