honestly this kinda terrible badness should have wrapped up by like 2002 at the latest, but this one is 2004 release. one can only hope great shame was brought to the houses of the responsible "artists".
i mean hey if there is a market for this shit, more power to them. totally don’t get it tho lol
well, from about 1992 to about 2002 that style was dominant in comics. many should bear the blame, chief among them Jim Lee, Rob Liefeld, Marc Silvestri, Todd McFarlane, Erik Larsen, et al. it was ruinous to the industry in general and is kind of a lost decade in comics.
