I arrive at an Erdősian conclusion any time I've taken a break from caffeine so I'm inclined to not bother again unless I'm going to go live in the woods

everybody is different. for me, excess caffeine is really terrible for anxiety which just whacked any gains to concentration it provided. concentrating on anxious thoughts is not a productivity gain. ymmv. honestly would love to find a concentration aid that works well for me.

I drink one espresso every morning which is less caffeine (by more than half) of my pourover or drip coffee. Take 200mg L-theanine with 50-70mg of caffeine (one shot of espresso) and see how you feel.
