yeah there's utopian marxism and there's scientific marxism and the scientific side of it is obvs biased in "ways the historical necessity that will make capitalism come is biased and socialism is the solution" I doubt marxists are alone in bias, but freddie's...

explanation is a bit of a mix that omits that sort of "stages of history" view that is quite common in the utopian take (teleology applied to history doesn't suit him tho) I mean as very sort explainer it's very ok! just that some marxists stop at "fairer" instead of "utopia"
