...and while doing this he notices that the noodles NEVER EVER NEVER break into two pieces. They always break into at least 3 pieces, meaning when you flex them they fracture in 2 places at the same time. He wonders why that would happen, starts thinking of math models for it.,.

I love this story about Feynman because it shows the attitude of absolute curiosity he viewed the world with. The smallest little things that he would notice would become inspiration for new questions and investigations.
