Personal Opinion: I would rather be born poor and exceptionally beautiful than rich and ugly.

Better to struggle and succeed than be born into a world of someone else's accomplishments. I've met many unhappy rich people, yet the beautiful people always seem to believe the world is fundamentally Good.

bro...that is the very archetype of the unhappy beautiful person. she ded. she ded herself.

I don't mean to say they're happy, but the world just seems a nicer place. beautiful women probably have it harder than beautiful men. And fame is also a recipe for pain.

not so sure about that. unwanted attention can make the world seem like a very dangerous and alienating place.

the optimal level of beauty, imo, is to be merely above-average attractive to the median person, but to be 11/10 attractive to your specific partner. find the person whose fetish you are and live happily ever after.

I think median above-average is optimal for women, but as a man I'd want to be an 11/10.
