abolish the senate. reapportion the house immediately and at each census (the actual reason the 10 year census is in the constitution). congressional districts to be apportioned by a fair algorithm with no exceptions. implement congressional term limits (max 2 consecutive terms).

yeah thats about right. the prices are low because of economies of scale and labor exploitation. the former is good the latter is bad. labor exploitation can be partially ameliorated through well-crafted redistributive policy though.
