Common law is good because adjustments are made when they become necessary (usually) Plus you don't get into fights about how long or short the honeymoon period is

i thought this was pretty much how things work now anyway, you hear stories of 'you need to carry a hay bale in your taxi' maybe that's less social and more practical. it's a good idea for progress but perhaps regulations are less perscrivtive than you'd think
