    Please do not internalize the headline of the NYT story about Texas. The court in Texas DID NOT OK investigations. In fact, injunction was upheld as to plaintiffs and courts have all made clear that there was no legal authority to direct DFPS.

    If you are out here saying “marriage equality is next” please do keep in mind that at least one state has made care for trans youth a felony right now and is currently in court defending that law. There is no “next” - the horror is NOW.

    🚨Alabama had passed HB266 and SB184 out of House committee. SB184 has passed the Senate already. A felony ban on health care for trans people up to 19 is now close to passage. They are trying to eradicate us. 🚨
