    Today was storytelling day on capital campus! I can’t overstate how important it is to have students speak truth to issues that impact all of WA’s CTC’s and University’s. Especially last year’s timely investment in higher ed. You all rock! Collaborative organizing works!

    Great news: Over 30,000 middle school students signed up for the College Bound scholarship! Students who sign up for the scholarship graduate at 10% higher rates than their low-income peers. Kudos to our College Bound Regional Officers for all of their efforts!

    This morning I rode the bus from Olympia to Tacoma for FREE. No shuffling for my Orca card, no making up an excuse if I don't have it, no fear of fare enforcement. Nada de nada. That's what it should feel like.
