It's easy to see how people have dramatically different experiences with Siri when attached hardware has such an impact.

@danielpunkass annoying if you have wireless headphones and try to use Siri when you don’t use them. -
@philipamour Yes! I had to change the output manually to try to work around this. Very poor behavior. -

@danielpunkass Not just Siri, Bluetooth audio input in general seems to be delayed with iOS 10. -
@danielpunkass I noticed this too with iOS 10. sometimes, was unable to invoke Siri from headphones until I unlocked my phone. -
@danielpunkass I think it is both latency and the quality of the speaker. In car I would try to have Siri use phone speaker as oppose to car -
@danielpunkass i hate how “hey siri” always defaults to BT mic’s even when you were using the speaker.
