@siegel Did you specifically notice an improvement in sleepiness or anything? Would be great if I can break a stimulation cycle at night. -

… apparently prolonged exposure to blue light might have ill effects on eyes, and keep you up at night. Hat-tip to somebody in my timeline!

@danielpunkass have a number of peers that have nothing but praise for it. My job relies on colour perception, so it's a no go for me :-( -
@deanhayden Yeah, there is a class of work I wouldn’t be able to do with it enabled. I guess I’ll try not to do that at night :)

@danielpunkass Just turn it off if if you’re going to watch a movie or video as it’ll ruin the quality. -
