Wow! What's up with these guys? They are so fragile when critiqued. Wallis had a meltdown about my coverage of SNB in American Dharma too. I find the anonymity really problematic too. Pathetic & embarrassing behavior.

Really great to see you formally respond. I read it a few days ago and gently replied to KF I was not impressed and thought they used rhetorical slights of hand to misrepresent you. If I had the time I would have deconstructed and exposed the flaws in its logic and arguments.
